To the right is a graphic that illustrates the proposed schedule for the planning and zoning code update. The first trip, which took place on May 8 and 9, 2019. was a preliminary set of meetings to identify issues with city staff, boards, and stakeholder groups. The information gathered through this trip was used to develop a code diagnosis report that identified major areas of proposed change. This report is available on the Project Files page of this site and several of the issues were presented as part of a public open house on June 27, 2019. Additional information, surveys, and draft chapters will be posted as completed over the course of the next several months.
